Berkeley County Republican Party · Summer 2026
A morning on the range, the highest score in Berkeley County, and a catered lunch waiting when the range goes cold. Bring your best shot and your appetite.
What you're signing up for
No rubber chicken. No PowerPoint. No two-hour program with eleven speakers. Just a live range, a scorecard with your name on it, and a hot Chick-fil-A lunch waiting for you at the end of it — win or lose.
Everybody gets on the line and gets warm. Pistol, rifle, or both — you shoot what you brought and what you're good with.
Everybody runs the same course of fire. Your number goes on the board the minute it's scored, and it sits there all morning where your neighbor can see it.
When the last score is posted, the range goes cold and lunch comes out. Champion eats first. Everybody else eats plenty.
The competition
Everybody shoots the same course of fire. Same distance, same targets, same round count. Your score goes up on the board the minute it's scored, and the highest number at the end of the morning takes the trophy. No heats, no pairings, no standing around waiting for your name to get called.
When the range goes cold
Chick-fil-A is catering. Lunch lands at eleven sharp, which means nobody on this committee spends the morning standing over a grill instead of shooting. Sandwiches, waffle fries, and sweet tea, and the trophy gets handed out while everybody's still got a napkin in their hand.
Tickets
Have a look at the right-hand column before you decide which one you are.
You're already a member of the Berkeley County Republican Party. Thank you — this one's the neighbor rate.
First time out with us? Pay a few dollars more and you don't leave as a guest.
Not shooting
Every shooter ticket already includes a lunch. This one's for everybody you're bringing with you — a seat in the shade, a hot lunch at eleven, and no obligation to touch a firearm. It's a fundraiser, so the plate is priced like one.
Five extra dollars buys you the range, the lunch, and a membership. We've never been accused of driving a hard bargain.
Sponsorship
Every dollar raised on August 22 stays in Berkeley County and goes to work turning voters out in 2026. If your business or your family wants to do more than buy a ticket, here's how.
Want to sponsor something specific — the targets, the lunch, the trophy? Call us.
Ammo runs this event, and it's the one line item that never gets cheaper. If you'd rather donate a box or two than write a check, we'll take it — and 9mm and 5.56 are what we need more than anything else. Drop it at the check-in table on your way in and we'll put it straight to work.
Before you head out
Never competed before? Come anyway. Somebody on that line will happily walk you through the course of fire, and the scoreboard doesn't care how long you've been shooting.
[ADD IF APPLICABLE: loaner firearms available · ammo sold on site · range fee included or not · rain policy · concealed carry rules for the property]
Where the money goes
There is no cavalry. No national committee is going to parachute into Moncks Corner and knock our doors for us. Every door knocked, every voter registered, every poll staffed in this county gets done by people who live here — and it gets paid for by mornings exactly like this one.
Volunteers in every precinct in Berkeley County, with the lists, the literature, and the gas money to actually work them. Turnout isn't luck. It's shoe leather, and shoe leather costs money.
Trained poll watchers at every precinct on election day. Confidence in our elections isn't something you demand from a podium — it's something you build by having your own people in the room.
School board, county council, soil and water — the down-ballot offices nobody is watching. That's exactly where the radical left moves first, because it's cheap and it's quiet. Not here. Not anymore.
You're not buying a lunch. You're buying a county that doesn't drift.
